Job Description


As a Delivery Recruiter, you are responsible for the identification, sourcing and qualification of candidates for open vacancies within our MSP accounts and beyond. You will service a variety of markets, showing flexibility in resourcing for a variety of verticals as required and will manage the full candidate life cycle from sourcing to post-placement aftercare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the qualities of desirable candidates within relevant verticals.

• Using a variety of market appropriate sources to identify new candidates.

• Regenerating candidate relationships.

• Conducting thorough candidate qualification calls covering technical expertise, ideals, and motivations.

• Sharing and gaining market information and leads when speaking to candidates.

• Handling candidate objections with confidence.

• Assessing candidate placeability and prioritizing activity based on placeability scores.

• Managing interview and offer processes with candidates.

• Candidate post-placement aftercare.
