About the role:

As a Delivery Product Owner (Delivery Squads), you will take end-to-end ownership of client delivery backlogs, ensuring solutions are built on Dsquares’ core loyalty platforms while managing complex integrations (fintech, ERP, POS, CRM, and external vendors).

This role combines deep product knowledge, technical expertise, and commercial awareness You will work closely with delivery squads, project managers, and client stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into clear deliverables, and validate solutions end-to-end — from APIs to mobile SDKs to frontend portals to backend flows.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Product & Technical Ownership

    • Develop strong expertise in Dsquares’ core loyalty platforms, modules, and commercial models.
    • Drive reuse of existing product capabilities in delivery programs to ensure scalability and efficiency.
    • Capture and translate client business needs into technical and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
    • Validate deliverables end-to-end, including APIs, SDKs, integrations, and backend processes.

Backlog & Delivery Management

    • Own and prioritize the delivery squad backlog, balancing client commitments with delivery capacity.
    • Ensure backlog items are well-defined, estimated, and technically feasible.
    • Collaborate with Squad Leads, Engineers, and Project Managers to align on scope, risks, and timelines.

Integration & Documentation

    • Manage technical requirements for integrations with third-party systems (fintech, ERP, POS, CRM, vendors).
    • Produce high-quality documentation: API specs, Mobile SDK guides, functional specifications, and user manuals
    • Act as a hands-on owner by testing and validating deliverables to ensure readiness before handover.

Stakeholder Engagement

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical and functional questions within delivery squads.
    • Collaborate with UX, System Operations, Fraud, and Support teams to ensure sustainable handover and operations.
    • Engage with client stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and continuous improvement needs.

Continuous Improvement

    • Capture lessons learned and feed insights back into the product roadmap and delivery playbooks.
    • Monitor product and integration performance post-delivery and recommend enhancements.
    • Support the Head of Delivery in refining delivery processes and KPIs.

Requirements

Required Skills & Abilities:

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and business-facing.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to manage complex integrations.
    • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Spotify Squads).
    • Ability to write and review technical documentation, API payloads, system flows and business analysis docs
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-client environment

Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Ownership, Solution Delivery, or Integration-heavy Product Management
    • Background in loyalty, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms strongly preferred.
    • Experience delivering solutions involving APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations
    • Product management certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO) are a plus but not required.
