BangkokThe Virtual Bank Delivery Orchestration Lead serves as the central integration point across Customer Experience, Operations, Product Owners (10+ teams), and Technology (20+ tribes). The role ensures consistent alignment, efficient collaboration, and delivery momentum across all workstreams involved in building and launching the virtual bank. A key responsibility is preparing high-quality presentations, analysis, and communication materials for senior leaders, steering committees, and key stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and clear visibility of progress, risks, and dependencies

  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align objectives, milestones, and inter-team dependencies across CX, Operations, Product, and Tech tribes to ensure unified direction and seamless execution.
  • Delivery Alignment & Progress Monitoring: Maintain a consolidated view of all workstreams’ progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and facilitate timely resolution or escalation where needed.
  • Executive-Ready Presentation Development: Prepare concise, insightful, and visually clear presentations, dashboards, and documentation for senior management, executives, and governance forums.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate cross-workstream meetings, consolidate updates, and ensure that communication across teams is structured, timely, and aligned with program priorities.
  • Integration of Journeys & Readiness: Lead coordination of customer journey integration, operational readiness checks, and alignment of business and technical processes for launch.
  • Governance & Regulatory Alignment: Support governance routines, prepare materials for regulatory checkpoints, and ensure that required information is collected and presented appropriately.
  • Issue Resolution Facilitation: Drive structured collaboration among teams to resolve blockers, align on decisions, and keep delivery momentum high.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3–7 years of experience in cross-functional delivery roles, business operations, agile environments, or multi-team coordination within digital banking, fintech, or technology organizations.
  • Strong capability in preparing professional presentations and communicating complex information clearly for senior leadership.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, alignment, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work in high-complexity, fast-moving, multi-team environments with strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of digital banking, customer experience, or operational processes is an advantage.
