Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

The Delivery Operations Internship Program provides practical exposure to telecommunications service delivery and operational processes. Interns will support business-critical activities across one of the following functional areas:

  1. Service Order Management Intern

Support the end-to-end management of customer service orders, ensuring accurate order processing, timely coordination, and compliance with service delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track service orders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Validate customer and service order information.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records and operational reports.
  • Assist in achieving service delivery and SLA targets.
  1. Network Element Creation Intern

Support network provisioning activities by maintaining accurate network records and assisting in the creation of network elements for enterprise services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in network element creation and provisioning activities.
  • Update and maintain network inventory records.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance checks.
  • Support service activation and configuration processes.
  • Prepare operational documentation and reports.
  1. Fixed Service Termination Intern

Support the end-to-end termination and decommissioning process of fixed services while ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process service termination requests.
  • Coordinate termination activities with relevant operational teams.
  • Update and maintain termination records in operational systems.
  • Track service closure progress and completion.
  • Prepare termination reports and supporting documentation.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Internship Period

  • Internship starts in November and January, with a minimum duration of 3 months and a maximum duration of 6 months.
