Job Description

Statistics show that women and underrepresented groups tend to apply to jobs only if they meet 100% of the qualifications. Sobi encourages you to change that statistic and apply. Rarely do candidates meet 100% of the qualifications. We look forward to your application!

At Sobi, the work we do every day redefines the standards of care and transform the lives of people living with rare diseases.

As a diverse team of entrepreneurial people, we are passionate about our growth journey towards becoming a global leader, making a difference for rare disease patients, moving quickly and always challenging the status quo.

We are committed to an inclusive, sustainable and flexible workplace that fosters growth and development.

About the role

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys shaping how a global delivery network works in practice. As Delivery Network & Process Improvement Lead, you will drive strategic improvements across Sobi’s Delivery area and turn ideas into scalable, practical solutions.

You will work across functions, influence senior stakeholders and lead initiatives that improve performance, resilience and ways of working across the network. The role focuses on long-term design, cross-functional improvement and future-ready solutions, while day-to-day operations remain with Global Distribution and Transport & Trade Compliance. You will also provide direction to a small team of subject matter experts across delivery processes, systems and network setup.

You will join our Global Delivery Operations, report to the Head of Delivery, and be based at our Stockholm HQ.

What you will do

  • Shape and evolve Sobi’s global delivery network, including warehouse footprint, 3PL setup and long-term capacity planning
  • Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives from idea to implementation, with clear business impact
  • Build stronger, more consistent ways of working across Delivery and support long-term scalability
  • Drive improvements in systems, data and performance metrics together with business and IT stakeholders
  • Provide leadership, structure and recommendations across a broad set of stakeholders and experts

Qualifications

About you

You are a strategic and hands-on supply chain leader who enjoys improving how things work and getting others on board. You are comfortable in a complex, international environment and know how to move from big-picture thinking to practical action. Most of all, you like creating structure, solving problems and making a visible difference.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong experience in supply chain, logistics or distribution, ideally in a global or regulated setting
  • A track record of leading cross-functional projects and driving change through implementation
  • Experience in network design, process improvement or transformation work
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
  • A relevant degree and confidence working with systems, data and performance metrics

At Sobi, our values are Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership.

At Sobi, we refuse to accept the status quo. This is because we have witnessed first-hand the challenges facing those affected by rare diseases and have used this knowledge to shape our business to find new ways of helping them.

As a specialized biopharmaceutical company, we are dedicated to rare diseases. And we see this focus as a strength. By effectively turning our research into ground-breaking treatments, we help make medicine more accessible and open more possibilities for patients and more opportunities for those caring for them. This has been our approach since day one, but we know we can’t change the world of rare diseases on our own.
