ABOUT THE TEAM
The Workplace Participant Marketing team is on a mission to create better financial outcomes for plan participants — demystifying investing and making it accessible to everyone, regardless of experience, age, or income level. We help participants understand the true value of their employer-sponsored equity and retirement benefits, and how those benefits connect to their broader financial life and long-term goals.
We believe workplace benefits are a powerful launching pad for financial wellness. At Schwab, that belief drives everything we do — and it shows up in every communication we deliver.
THE ROLE
As a Delivery Manager, you'll be at the center of making things happen. You'll own the end-to-end fulfillment of retirement plan communications — from the moment a request lands to the moment participants receive it. This is a hands-on execution role built for someone who thrives on getting things done, sweats the details, and takes pride in running a clean, efficient operation.
You'll partner closely with Participant Engagement Consultants, Relationship Managers, and other client-facing teams to translate communication strategies into polished, accurate deliverables. When you see a better way to work, you'll say so — and help build it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Execute communication requests end-to-end
- Pull proofs, review content for accuracy, manage edits and approvals, and fulfill communications via direct mail, bulk ship, and email.
- Work within our Schwab Communications Management Platform (SCMP) to produce and manage template-based participant communications.
- Hit deadlines consistently — you're the person partners count on to see requests through to completion.
Collaborate with client-facing teams
- Work side-by-side with Participant Engagement Consultants and Relationship Managers to understand each plan sponsor's goals and translate them into effective deliverables.
- Evaluate available solutions and communicate clearly on what's possible within existing tools and templates.
- Work directly with business partners to gather feedback on communication templates, clarify needs, and identify opportunities to improve usability, accuracy, and consistency.
Drive efficiency at scale
- Champion the use of existing templates and content — identify where a standard solution works and make the case for it.
- Advise business partners on how to get the most out of available resources while minimizing custom production overhead.
- Track patterns across requests and surface feedback that helps improve templates and streamline processes over time.
- Test templates from a user and fulfillment perspective to confirm they function as intended, support business needs, and reduce the need for manual workarounds.
Own your workflow
- Use established workflow processes to set clear expectations, document progress, and keep stakeholders informed at every stage.
- Manage multiple concurrent requests simultaneously without letting anything fall through the cracks.
Contribute to a high-performing team
- Actively support team initiatives, change management efforts, and a culture that values curiosity, accountability, and growth.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, even under tight timelines.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset — you anticipate problems and propose fixes before they become issues.
