Delivery Manager (Mobile App Programme)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand | Permanent, full time | Hybrid

About the Opportunity

Evantis Talent Solutions is recruiting a Delivery Manager for a leading multinational financial services organisation.

The programme is a global mobile app platform. It gives customers one consistent way into the organisation's services, and it is built once and rolled out worldwide. You will be accountable for delivery from start to finish, leading distributed build teams across Asia and Europe on a complex programme with many vendors and locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global build and market rollouts of the mobile app
• Build, mentor and manage product owners, developers, designers and QA, both internal and external
• Coordinate distributed teams across Asia, Europe and local markets
• Develop and execute delivery plans aligned to wider technology objectives
• Keep senior stakeholders updated and aligned
• Use technical expertise to solve complex delivery problems
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large, complex IT programmes across multiple vendors and countries
• Strong programme management background with a technical foundation, able to engage credibly on architecture and integration
• Experience managing distributed teams across time zones and cultures
• Excellent stakeholder management at senior level
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience; PMP, SAFe or equivalent desirable
• Mobile app or digital product experience is a plus, not essential
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
