Delivery Manager – Integrated Delivery - Technology Portfolio
Sydney CBD | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home)
Challenger's technology portfolio spans Digital, Data, Registry, CRM, Corporate and Security - multiple teams, multiple roadmaps, and a lot of moving parts.
We're looking for a Delivery Manager to be the connective tissue across it all: the person who spots the dependency before it becomes a blocker, keeps Product Owners aligned, and gives a clear, honest picture of how delivery is tracking. This role exists to own the integrated delivery approach.
This isn't a role running a single backlog or team — it's about seeing across the portfolio and making sure the pieces fit together.
What you'll be doing
Getting across every programme in the portfolio and actively managing the interdependencies between them
Partnering with Product Owners to bring a consistent, joined-up approach to how we plan and deliver
Owning reporting on the integrated plan — a consolidated view of delivery progress across the portfolio
Running governance and planning forums that give clear visibility into progress, risk and delivery health
Coordinating issue resolution across Product Owners, Architecture, Engineering and vendors
Working with outsourced/vendor delivery partners as part of the broader delivery ecosystem
What you'll bring
Experience managing delivery across a portfolio of initiatives, not just within a single product or domain
Exposure to Product Owner or Scrum Master ways of working, so you understand what you're coordinating across
Financial services experience
A track record spanning multiple tech domains or an integrated delivery stack (e.g. CRM, Digital, Data)
Some experience working in an outsourced or vendor-delivery environment is a strong plus
