This role sits at the heart ofEvinova’sproduct and technology organization You will own the end-to-end delivery of our most critical and complexproducts andinitiatives, ensuring that they are delivered with the highest quality into highly regulated environmentsYouare accountable to the Delivery Director andpartner directly with Product,Design andEngineeringleadership to make ambiguous, high-stakes work happen.

This is not a project coordination role. We are looking for someone who leads delivery with conviction: whoidentifiesthe real blockers (not just the reported ones), who challenges plans thatwon’thold, and who brings teams together around a clear path forward. You will be expected to use AI tools as a core part of how you work — to accelerate your own output, surface insights from data, and help your teamsoperateat a higher cadence.

What You Will Own

Initiative Leadership & Delivery

  • Own the delivery ofEvinova’smost complex cross-functional initiatives, from framing through execution to value realization.

  • Identifydependencies, risks, and blockers early — and drive them to resolution, not just track them.

  • Lead initiative governance: define the right cadences, the right metrics, and the right stakeholders in the room.

  • Maintain integrated delivery plans that reflect reality, not justaspiration

  • Manage resources, finances, and delivery plans with full accountability to theDelivery Director andHead of Delivery Excellence.

  • EnsureEvinova’sproducts are delivered with high quality and in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.

AI-Native Delivery Management

  • Use AI tools (Claude,GPT,Devin,Copilot, or similar) as a daily part of your workflow: generating status summaries, analyzing delivery data, drafting stakeholder communications, andidentifyingpatterns across initiatives.

  • Build and champion AI-assisted delivery practices across your team — automating routine reporting, surfacing risks earlier, and freeing the team to focus on what requires genuine judgment.

  • Apply rigorous critical thinking to AI-generated output. You are accountable for the accuracy and clarity of everything you communicate, regardless of how it was produced.

  • Stay current with advances in AI-assisted work management and translate those into practical, team-level improvements.

Strategic Planning & Portfolio Governance

  • Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles in collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership.

  • Maintain a single, unified picture of the portfolio — where things stand, wherethey’reheading, and what decisions are needed from leadership.

  • Bring financial accountability to delivery: track budgets, flag variances, and help leadership make informed resourcing decisions.

  • Use data-driven metrics and performance monitoring to track delivery maturity and align outcomes with product and business value.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Design Leads, and Customer Implementation Leadsto align on what “done” looks like — and hold the organization accountable to it.

  • Negotiate the occasionallyunaligned needs of Development and Customer Implementation teamsin a professional manner and results in positive outcomes forEvinova

  • Navigate organizational complexity with confidence: build trusted relationships across teams and levels without relying on authority alone.

  • Represent delivery in leadership forums with clarity, candor, and perspective.

  • Work collaboratively in a cross-functional setting with internal and external partners, including global teams.

Delivery Culture & Continuous Improvement

  • Model a culture wheredeliveryexcellence is an expectation, not an exception.

  • Lead retrospectives and drive systemic improvements — not just one-off fixes.

  • Help teams distinguish between the noise of day-to-day activity and the signal of what’s actually impeding delivery.

  • Challenge the status quo, take ownership, and hold yourself and others accountabletooutcomes over activity.

What This Role Is Not

  • A coordination function that escalates issues butdoesn’tresolve them.

  • A status report factory. AI handles the routine; you provide the judgment.

  • A role for someone who managesfrom a distanceIf you don’t know what’s actually happening inside the work, this isn’t the right fit.

  • A checkbox exercise indeliveryprocess. We want someone who builds the muscle, not just follows the framework.

  • A role where AI adoption is optionalWe need someone who is eager to apply AI tools to automate repetitiveworkflow, apply themorganizationally, and train others.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program or delivery management, with a proventrack recorddelivering complex, multi-team initiatives.

  • 3+years leading cross-functional programs in a technology or digital product organization, preferably within highly regulated environments with products that have been successfully deployed in Production.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity: to create structure where thereisn’tany, and drive outcomes without relying on formal authority.

  • Practical, daily experience using AI-assisted tools (Claude, Copilot, GPT, or similar). You should be able to describe concretely how AI has changed the way you work.

  • Superb written and verbal communication — you make complex situations clear and know when to escalate versus when to solve.

  • Experience managing matrixed teams and working globally.

  • Bachelor’s degreerequired; advanced degree preferred.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in digital health, life sciences, or otherhighlyregulated technology environments.

  • Familiarity withGxP, ICH GCP, FDA 21 CFR, GDPR, or similar standards in a delivery context.

  • Experience building or improving delivery management practices from scratch — not justoperatingwithin an established framework.

  • Pharmaceutical industry or clinical trial platform experience.

  • Software DevOps or product engineering exposure.

  • Experience managing delivery financials: budgets, forecasts, and resourcing models.

What We Look For

We care more about what you can deliver than what you can describe. In our interview process, expect to walk us through real initiativesyou’veled, how you used data and AI to drive decisions, and howyou’venavigated the hardest parts of cross-functional delivery. We value leaders who:

  • Move with urgency and create clarity in messy, ambiguous situations.

  • Use AI as a genuine force multiplier — not a novelty, and not a crutch.

  • Say what they mean, ask thehard questions, anddon’thide behindprocess

  • Care deeply about the mission: the work we shipultimately servespatients and clinicians worldwide.

  • Learn continuously, adapt quickly, and share what they learn with their teams.
