The Delivery Manager will oversee and ensure efficient and effective placement of healthcare professionals into suitable roles within healthcare facilities. The role involves leading and mentoring teams, managing client and candidate relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision Lead, mentor, and motivate the bookings team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Performance MonitoringMonitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals.
- Training and DevelopmentIdentify training needs and organize training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Client InteractionEstablish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Candidate Interaction Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their preferences, availability, and career goals.
- Issue Resolution Address and resolve any issues or concerns from clients or candidates promptly and professionally.
- Resource Allocation Ensure optimal allocation of resources and workloads among team members.
- Strategy DevelopmentAssist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top healthcare talent.
- Process Improvement Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market Analysis Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Schedule Management Ensure the efficient coordination and management of healthcare professionals' schedules, ensuring shifts and assignments are covered.
- Confirmation and Follow-Up Oversee the confirmation of bookings with clients and candidates, and ensure follow-up to guarantee attendance and address any issues.
- Regulatory Compliance Ensure all placements comply with industry regulations, including verifying credentials, licenses, and certifications of healthcare professionals.
- DocumentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings, contracts, and communications.
- Workflow OptimizationIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the bookings process.
- Best Practices Develop and enforce best practices within the team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Job Matching Oversee the matching of suitable candidates to client job openings based on qualifications, experience, and preferences.
- Coordination Ensure the efficient coordination and management of healthcare professionals' schedules, ensuring shifts and assignments are covered.
- Offer Management Oversee the offer process while liaising with the brand manager.
- Performance Reports Prepare regular reports on team performance, booking activities, and client interactions for senior management.
- Data AnalysisAnalyze booking data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the healthcare sector, or a strong background in a related customer service or sales role.
- Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and candidates.
- Leadership Skills Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Organizational Skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Sales SkillsDemonstrated ability to sell recruitment services and negotiate terms effectively.
- IT SkillsProficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience with Healthcare Recruitment Software Familiarity with systems and tools used in healthcare recruitment.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations Understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements in the healthcare sector.
