About the opportunity

The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the operations of a Delivery Centre across multiple sites within a delivery catchment to deliver a reliable, efficient and cost‑effective service. This role provides day‑to‑day leadership across processing and delivery activities, ensuring service standards, safety expectations and performance objectives are consistently met.

Through inclusive and values‑led leadership, the Delivery Manager brings teams together around a strong customer‑first mindset, builds engagement, and supports a positive workplace culture. The role plays a key part in monitoring delivery performance, using insights and data to identify trends, drive continuous improvement and support informed decision‑making.

The Delivery Manager also leads change and innovation, embedding improved processes and systems that strengthen service outcomes, safety and operational efficiency while supporting sustainable cost management. Working collaboratively across Network Operations business units, unions, contractors and community stakeholders, the role oversees day-to-day execution while contributing to broader transformation and business growth.

About you

You’re a confident and values-led operational leader who can bring teams together in a fast-paced delivery environment while keeping safety, service and people at the centre of decision-making. You are comfortable leading through pressure, managing change and building strong stakeholder relationships to support positive business outcomes.

You’ll also

  • Bring supervisory or line management experience in an operational, logistics or delivery environment, ideally across multiple shifts and multiple facilities.
  • Have demonstrated experience influencing safety culture and leading teams in a safe, accountable and effective way.
  • Understand financial and business performance, including KPIs, cost control, process improvement and service delivery outcomes.
