Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance Limited (“RRPF”) is an engine leasing company with the largest global portfolio of Rolls-Royce and IAE V2500-A5 engines, providing medium- and long-term leasing solutions for spare engines. We support over 50 customers worldwide with a portfolio of over 420 engines. An opportunity has become available for a Digital Delivery Manager to join our team in London.

The Digital Delivery Manager ensures reliable, scalable delivery of digital products and services, translating business objectives into executable delivery plans while maintaining quality, security, and compliance.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital software projects and supplier integrations.
  • Own delivery, migration & onboarding schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors, AI suppliers, and platform partners.
  • Support pre-sales activities with delivery estimates and solution design.
  • Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and regulatory expectations.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes and commercial scalability.

Position qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline
  • Proven experience delivering digital or software solutions
  • Strong delivery and project management skills
  • Experience managing budgets, risks, and schedules
  • Ability to manage internal teams and external suppliers

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience in regulated or safety-critical industries
  • Exposure to aviation or aerospace environments
  • Experience with AI, data platforms, or system integrations
  • Pre-sales or solution design experience
  • Continuous improvement mindset
