This position is an in-office role located in West Bend, Madison or Appleton, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available at this time.
Hybrid
This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are located within 50 miles of a West Bend office location will work a hybrid schedule for collaboration days, team meetings or other in-person events. The position can be based in West Bend, Madison or Appleton.
Remote

Leads and manages the work of one or more agile IT teams across a portfolio of initiatives and solutions. Recruits and builds highly effective teams. Sets clear expectations, monitors progress and provides feedback to team members. Supervision may be provided through subordinate leaders. Demonstrates accountability, the drive to deliver consistent results, and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Establishes team objectives, tracks and reports progress using key performance indicators (KPIs). Promotes continuous improvement, while ensuring team processes conform to departmental policies, standards and best practices. Actively demonstrates emotional intelligence.
