We are seeking an experienced and innovative Portfolio Delivery Manager with a proven track record in SaaS product delivery. The successful candidate will be a catalyst for change, driving the end-to-end delivery of strategic portfolio initiatives. This role requires a focus on continuous process improvement, leveraging techniques like value stream management and Kanban to optimize our delivery flow. The role is part of the Value Management Office (VMO) and collaborates closely with Release Managers and Epic Demand Managers.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Delivery Ownership: Own end-to-end delivery for large-scale SaaS portfolio epics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer adoption
Prioritization and Sizing Leadership: Facilitate prioritization and epic sizing using agile estimation techniques
Value Stream Management: Visualize and optimize flow of value, manage Kanban boards, and eliminate bottlenecks
Process Improvement and Innovation: Champion continuous improvement and introduce innovative SaaS delivery practices
Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress, risks, and performance to executives and cross-functional teams
Dependency and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks
Value Stream and Flow Coaching: Mentor leaders on improving enterprise delivery flow.
