Delivery Manager
The Delivery Manager ensures predictable, efficient, and compliant delivery across a product-aligned technology team. They focus on managing flow, coordinating cross-team activities, removing friction, and enabling engineering and product leaders to focus on value delivery. The Manager drives operational clarity, delivery cadence, and cross-team alignment to support high-quality outcomes.
What You’ll do Delivery Planning & Execution
• Establish and maintain predictable delivery rhythms (e.g., iterations, release cycles).
• Facilitate planning ceremonies and translate roadmaps into executable increments.
• Align scope, timing, and resource needs with product and engineering leadership.
• Track delivery plans, forecasts, and progress to ensure flow and prevent bottlenecks.
• Surface and escalate impediments to maintain uninterrupted delivery.
Flow Optimization, Risk, and Dependency Management
• Analyze cycle time, lead time, and throughput to identify efficiency gaps.
• Implement practices that reduce delays, context switching, and delivery waste.
• Coordinate and track cross-team dependencies across platform, application, infrastructure, and
security.
• Maintain risk visibility and mitigation plans to prevent downstream delivery issues.
• Partner with operational teams to measure and improve delivery KPIs.
Governance, Release, and Environment Coordination
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, compliance, DevOps, and change management requirements.
• Validate readiness for release events, including documentation, approvals, and test progression.
• Coordinate release schedules and facilitation of go/no-go checkpoints.
• Track environment availability, conflicts, and required data or integrations.
• Communicate delivery status, risks, and progress to stakeholders in accessible formats.
