Job Description

The Delivery Lead will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and customer satisfaction objectives. The role requires strong leadership, governance, stakeholder management, financial oversight, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from project initiation through closure.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Develop and maintain project plans, governance models, and delivery reporting.
• Ensure requirements are documented, traceable, and managed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage customer expectations and provide regular project status updates.
• Build strong client relationships and act as the primary delivery contact.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including onshore, offshore, and nearshore resources.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support pre-sales activities including project estimation, planning, and solution development.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and organizational standards.

The client is seeking a Delivery Lead / Project Manager with strong experience managing large-scale consulting or technology projects The ideal candidate should:

• Have 5–7 years of Project Management experience.
• Have 5+ years of People Management experience.
• Successfully deliver projects within scope, budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Be experienced in project governance, financial management, and change control
• Lead geographically distributed teams (onshore/offshore/nearshore).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle stakeholder communication at senior management levels.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Support proposal preparation, effort estimation, and solution planning.
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
