Job Description

We're looking for a Delivery Lead to join the team and lead our growing NSW project portfolio.

You'll be someone who thrives on keeping complex work on track, who brings commercial sharpness and delivery rigour in equal measure, and who genuinely enjoys the client-facing side of the job. You'll be trusted, visible, and a senior presence in our growing team on Gadigal land.

What's the role?

You'll lead the delivery of our NSW project portfolio across a diverse set of active client partnerships, balancing hands-on project leadership with portfolio oversight. You'll work closely with our Delivery Director, Growth Team, and project teams to keep the NSW portfolio commercially healthy, well-resourced, and producing strong outcomes.

You'll work on meaningful, community-focused projects alongside a team of passionate, inclusive and curious people. We offer generous benefits including flexibility, events, wellness support, and great leave entitlements.

Day to day, you'll be:

  • Leading delivery on key NSW projects and maintaining oversight of the broader portfolio
  • Running governance structures (steering committees, client WIPs, risk forums) and keeping financial tracking, forecasting, and run-rate visibility up to date
  • Managing scope and budget conversations with clients when things shift, and flagging risks early
  • Setting up new projects well, including managing the handover from business development to delivery
  • Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and identifying follow-on opportunities alongside the Growth Team
  • Contributing delivery perspective to proposals and tenders

Requirements

Who we’re looking for

You have 6+ years of experience in project management or program delivery, and you've managed multiple concurrent projects in an environment where delivery quality, commercial performance, and team capacity all need balancing. You've run structured governance (steering committees, risk forums, regular reporting), and you're comfortable scoping, pricing, and tracking financial health across projects. You've built senior client relationships and contributed delivery expertise to proposals or new business conversations.

You set and hold the standard for how projects run, and you know when to step in. You can read financial data, forecast accurately, and surface risks clearly. You translate complexity into actionable direction for project teams, and you make sound prioritisation calls when demands compete.

How you work (this matters a lot to us)

We're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, and commercially minded. You value shared outcomes, make clear calls in moments of ambiguity, take ownership of what you're responsible for, and have hard conversations early rather than letting things drift. You think about the business as a whole, you align with Today's values of kindness and care, and you bring lightness and humour into your work.
