RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects (scope, timeline, budget, resources) and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Deliver projects in the data platform and analytics domain, with a strong foundation in data management.
  • Manage complex data initiatives (integration, migration, modeling) and ensure governance, quality, and security are considered.
  • Lead and support the delivery team; partner with business stakeholders; communicate progress, risks, and issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide technical guidance to the Product Team; clarify technical requirements; ensure technical documentation and code are maintained in Azure DevOps.
  • Support implementation and operations through troubleshooting and close collaboration with developers.
  • Remove impediments, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement in ways of working.
  • Facilitate effective team ceremonies and meetings; align scope and priorities with capacity; mentor the team to improve delivery and collaboration.
  • Create delivery plans; manage budgets and resources; identify and mitigate risks; ensure delivery follows agreed standards and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Agile certification preferred (e.g., CSM, PSM).
  • Extensive project delivery experience, ideally in Agile environments.
  • Proven track record delivering on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Experience delivering data platform/analytics projects (integration, migration, modeling).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and how to apply them.
  • Ability to lead Agile teams and facilitate key ceremonies.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery practices (user stories, backlog management, sprint planning, retrospectives) and related tools.
  • Experience with data platforms and analytics tools (data warehouses, ETL processes, visualization).
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams across technical and non technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
  • Experience with STIBO, Informatica, or other MDM tools is a plus.
