In this role, you'll:
Transport for NSW is seeking experienced Delivery Leads / Program Managers to lead the delivery of complex, multi-stream programs across the Portfolio Delivery & Enablement (PD&E) branch.
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream technology and business programs within one of three delivery teams in TfNSW’s Portfolio Delivery & Enablement branch – multiple ongoing TSSM-level opportunities across distinct delivery portfolios.
Roles available across the full breadth of the FTC technology and delivery landscape: infrastructure, cyber security, data & AI, enterprise applications, regulatory applications, customer applications and rail technology solutions.
Shape the delivery portfolio leveraging cross-functional teams across delivery, business and technology.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, delivery ownership, and portfolio accountability, acting as an extension of leadership to oversee and manage significant portfolios of work across Transport’s technology and business domains.
You will lead large-scale programs across customer-facing platforms (e.g. Opal, digital services), regulatory systems (e.g. licensing and vehicle platforms), and enterprise technology environments, ensuring delivery aligns with organisational objectives, policy direction, and operational outcomes.
Operating within a complex, matrixed environment, you will manage multi-disciplinary teams across technology, operations, regulatory, infrastructure, and commercial functions, ensuring coordination, accountability, and high performance across all workstreams.

You will work closely with senior executives, program sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure delivery is aligned, transparent, and positioned to deliver measurable outcomes across Transport’s strategic priorities.
