Wood is recruiting for a Delivery Lead to support a high-profile client across UK projects.
There is a requirement for hybrid working with 3 days per week being based out of our Aberdeen office due to the project location however candidates near our Glasgow, Stockton or Stains office would be considered. There will also be a requirement to visit UK based client sites as and when required.
Please note applicants must be able to pass HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.

The Role
The Delivery Lead operates within the Core Project team, working closely with the engineering team to ensure seamless delivery. They provide guidance and oversight to discipline Engineers, managing responsibilities and delegating tasks effectively to maintain control and achieve project objectives.
Given the prominence of the role in our delivery and level of responsibility and accountability experience in project alignment, performance measurement, risk mitigation, decision-making, team motivation and enhanced project reporting are required.
