What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership Experience – Proven track record as a Team/Unit Leader in IT consulting, managing teams of 10+ members.
• Expertise in Data Management & Analytics – Strong knowledge of data platform and technology, data governance, analytics solutions, and best practices.
• Project & Stakeholder Management – Ability to juggle multiple projects, drive results, and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong Communication & Influence – Excellent skills in negotiation, presentations, and leadership collaboration.
• Certifications (Preferred, but a Plus!) – CDMP (Data Management), PMP (Project Management), or equivalent.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Shape Business & Service Strategy – Drive the growth and direction of our Data Management & Analytics services.
• Drive Winning Proposals – Lead the development of compelling, high-quality proposals and presentations.
• Ensure Excellence in Delivery – Oversee project implementation quality, ensuring top-tier execution.
• Develop & Mentor Talent – Build a high-performing team by designing skill development programs and managing resource allocation.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve – Keep up with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Collaborate & Expand Networks – Work closely with internal teams, customers, external vendors, and service providers.
