We are seeking a highly experienced Delivery Head to oversee the successful delivery of INFOR / Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM, BI, Data & AI projects based in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in managing large-scale implementations across diverse industries and client portfolios.
This role involves managing multiple concurrent projects, fostering strong client relationships, supporting sales proposals, and resolving escalations to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction. The Delivery Head will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders from requirements gathering through full project deployment. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to promote and sustain quality work, while continuously driving process improvements, productivity, and efficiency.
