• Lead and facilitate Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma/ /Automation etc. events to diagnose as-is process and derive to-be process holistically.
• Execute high-impact projects that have the potential to generate significant financial impact, leveraging project management fundamentals such as defining project scope, setting objectives, creating project plans, and managing resources effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive organizational change.
• Contribute to the overall success of the organization by optimizing business processes and delivering measurable results.
• Strategize, develop and deploy yearly transformation/ CI plan for clients assigned, baselining, T&M, building DNA of Continuous Improvement
• Work with multiple stakeholders to understand the key problem areas and find application opportunities for Continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor Green Belts/Black Belts on improvement initiatives, provide expertise in quantitative techniques, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing Lean VSM, Business process mapping, with a focus on visual management, FMEA, etc.
• Present process and business findings to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner, effectively communicating the impact and potential benefits of proposed changes.
• Lead and conduct Gemba Walks to observe and understand processes firsthand, identifying areas for improvement and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collect and analyze data to diagnose process performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas of inefficiency or waste.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to align Six Sigma and automation initiatives with business goals.
• Prepare and present progress reports, success stories, and project outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Mandatory Six Sigma Master Black certification
• Minimum 16+ years’ experience overall with at least 8-10 years’ experience in Continuous Improvement and Business/Digital Transformation.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma, methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives
• Proficiency in process mapping, gap analysis, and critical thinking techniques etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional global teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
• Hands on Quality Control / Quality Assurance/ /Quality Improvement frameworks
• Executive presence that conveys composure and confidence in all situations
• Mandatory Six Sigma Master Black certification
• Hands on Knowledge of RPA & AI projects
