Our Above Water Systems team provides engineering & maintenance services to Royal Australian Navy vessels and commercial ships. The Role: Delivery Escort & Logistics Officer

We are seeking a proactive a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Escort / Warehouse Support team member to join our logistics team supporting a secure defence environment.

This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations with escorting delivery vehicles through a secure site. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and take pride in providing excellent service while maintaining safety and security requirements, we'd love to hear from you.

About the role

In this role, you'll:

  • Escort delivery vehicles through security to designated unloading areas.
  • Sign drivers into site and remain with deliveries during unloading.
  • Escort vehicles safely back out of the facility.
  • Receive delivery calls from security and drivers.
  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Pick, pack and put away stock.
  • Operate High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts.
  • Use RF scanners to complete warehouse transactions.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

About you

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Current forklift licence.
  • High Reach and Counterbalance forklift experience.
  • Experience using RF scanners.
  • Current Australian driver's licence.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to assist wherever required.
  • A strong commitment to safety.
