We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team in Highland, United States, operating from our location at 12545 State Rd 143 Space A. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Highland area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values customer satisfaction, and enjoys the flexibility of a dynamic delivery role. You'll play a crucial part in our mission to get products to our customers efficiently and professionally.

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routes
• Navigate local roads and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals and excellent customer service
• Communicate professionally with customers, address inquiries, and handle special delivery requests with a friendly demeanor
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and any delivery notes or exceptions
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Lift, carry, and carefully handle packages of varying sizes, ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving record
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization's commitment to quality service
• Organize and plan efficient routes to maximize deliveries while minimizing fuel consumption and travel time
• Respond professionally to customer feedback and resolve delivery-related concerns with empathy and transparency

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedules
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer service orientation
• Knowledge of local roads and familiarity with navigation tools or GPS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
• Willingness to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability and quality standards
