Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Louis location on Tesson Ferry Road. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, delivering quality products directly to our customers' doors while building relationships and creating positive experiences throughout your neighborhood. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional service and timely deliveries that keep our customers smiling.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the St. Louis area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient time management and on-time arrivals
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and payment documentation
• Inspect vehicle condition before each shift and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle products with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to maintain a clean driving record
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any challenges
• Organize and load delivery items in a logical manner to maximize efficiency
• Respond professionally to customer feedback and resolve delivery-related concerns
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposes
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to navigate using GPS and delivery management systems
• Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying weights
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery schedules
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Resilience and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges on the road
• Valid proof of insurance for your vehicle
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
