Join our team as a Delivery Driver at our Louisville location on Shelbyville Road! We're looking for reliable, customer-focused professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service with every order. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing smiles to customers' doors while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders to customers throughout the Louisville area, following all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Maintain accurate delivery records and handle cash or digital payments with integrity and attention to detail
• Inspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure safe operations
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, customer concerns, and route challenges
• Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving skills when navigating unexpected obstacles or traffic delays
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and ensure all delivery equipment is properly stored
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including food safety and delivery protocols
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to navigate using GPS technology and traditional route planning methods
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethic
• Physical ability to safely lift and carry delivery items
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocols
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed
• A positive attitude, genuine smile, and commitment to exceptional customer service
• Preferred: Experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation roles
