Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate

Full- Time | Monday–Friday Schedule | Weekends Off

As a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers happy and our daily operations running smoothly. This is a delivery-first position that includes warehouse responsibilities, perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and providing excellent service.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and stage orders to prepare for deliveries.
• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle and deliver products accurately and on time.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Represent Bargreen Ellingson with pride — our drivers are an important part of the customer experience.
• Load and unload products safely at the warehouse and at customer locations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Verify orders, complete delivery paperwork, and communicate any discrepancies.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, inventory organization, and general warehouse duties.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment when necessary.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT medical exam, and to maintain DOT medical certification.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to workplace and driving safety.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and assist with warehouse duties as needed.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening following a conditional offer.
