All Weather Seal of West Michigan has been helping homeowners improve their homes for over 45 years. As one of Michigan's leading home improvement companies and a 2026 Best and Brightest Company to Work For Award Winner, we're looking for a dependable, hardworking Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant to join our Operations team.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Driver & Warehouse Assistant, you'll play an essential role in supporting our installation crews by ensuring materials are delivered, organized, and ready for each project.

Responsibilities

Deliver materials to installation crews and job sites safely and on time
Stage and prepare materials for upcoming installation projects
Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments
Load and unload company vehicles
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse
Assist with inventory organization and warehouse operations
Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed)
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse processes
Work independently while also supporting the warehouse team
Lift and move building materials weighing 50-100+ pounds

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50-100+ pounds regularly
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
Warehouse, delivery, construction, logistics, or material handling experience is preferred, but not required
Forklift experience is a plus (training available)

Schedule

Monday-Friday
8-10 hour shifts
