As a Delivery Driver with Room & Board you do more than just "make deliveries,” you create extraordinary experiences for our customers and act as a strong brand ambassador for both our high-quality products and reputation.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, with occasional paid overtime

Location: 7045 Troy Hill Drive, Suite 500 Elkridge, MD 21075

Additional requirements to be a Delivery Driver:

• A genuine passion for serving customers, demonstrated through prior experience in a customer-facing delivery or customer service role, is highly valued and preferred
• At least 21 years of age (Interstate DOT requirement) and a valid driver's license
• Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided)
• Able to lift/carry heavy items with the assistance of a team member and/or proper lifting equipment
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required to ensure effective communication with your delivery partner, internal teams and customers
• Able to pass pre-employment requirements, including a 5-panel drug screen (no THC)
• Ability to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization upon hire

What we offer our Delivery Drivers:

• Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 / year ($24.04 - $26.44 / hour) Our salary is guaranteed with occasional paid overtime. Salary offered is based on experience/qualifications.
