Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

Company: Keystone Automotive Operations of Canada, Inc., a division of Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc.

Location: Ponoka, AB

Hourly Pay: $20.00/hour

Retention Bonus: $1,000 paid in two installments after 6 and 12 months of continuous employment

Performance Raises: Up to $0.50/hour at 60 days, 6 months, and 1 year based on performance

Schedule: Monday through Friday with a 4:00 a.m. start; some weekends based on route and business needs

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a box truck that is 15 feet or larger to complete assigned delivery routes
• Load, secure, transport, and unload products using proper handling techniques
• Verify orders and communicate clearly with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Provide friendly, dependable customer service during deliveries
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance
• Follow applicable transportation requirements and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• At least 6 months of experience driving a box truck that is 15 feet or larger
• No motor vehicle violations within the past 24 months
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and required physical examination
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused approach to work
• FedEx, UPS, and Amazon delivery drivers are encouraged to apply

Work Environment

• Regular loading, unloading, lifting, and handling of freight
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 75 pounds
