About the Role:
As a Delivery Driver with Concordia College Dining Services, you'll help keep our Contract Services operations running smoothly by safely and efficiently delivering food and supplies to clients throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area.
This is a f ull-time, year-round position with a regular Monday–Friday daytime schedule, offering a combination of independent driving, hands-on work, and interaction with clients and Dining Services team members. You'll transport, unload, and stage food products at client locations while helping ensure deliveries are accurate, timely, and handled safely and professionally.
What You'll Do:
- Safely and efficiently deliver food products, insulated warmers, and carriers to Contract Services clients throughout the Fargo-Moorhead area.
- Load, unload, and stage products at client locations and retrieve equipment following service.
- Help verify products and deliveries for accuracy.
- Represent Concordia professionally through positive client interactions and responsible driving practices.
- Follow College safety policies and applicable state and federal transportation requirements.
- Clean and prepare warmers, carriers, and other delivery equipment for future use.
- Monitor delivery equipment and vehicles and communicate maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor.
- Maintain clean and organized loading dock areas.
- Assist with pickups from local vendors and other delivery needs as assigned.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Department of Transportation medical card.
- Ability to complete the ServSafe Food Handler course and pass the exam within one year of employment.
- General computer skills.
Skills and Abilities:
- General maintenance and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and office-equipment skills.
- Ability to safely operate one-ton delivery/box trucks, vans, and a lift.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- A willingness and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.

The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, and alignment with the position's requirements. Other considerations may include internal equity and market conditions.
