The Role:
Cal-Tek is looking for a proactive and highly organized Delivery Driver to join our team. This full-time role (40 hours/week) is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys handling a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities. This position plays a critical role in supporting customer service.

Location: North Billerica, MA
Responsibilities:
- Load company van from warehouse using pick slips
- Arrange delivery schedule in an efficient manner
- Pickup from customer locations as instructed
- Assist with equipment receiving process
- Interpret and process customer purchase orders in accordance with company policies
- Serve as a primary point of contact at customer locations, ensuring professional and timely communication
- Maintain accurate milage records and reports
- Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years of delivery driving or related experience; or a combination of experience and education
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook; experience with database systems strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive financial and client information with confidentiality and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly with both internal stakeholders and external clients
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience using standard office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines)
- Prior customer service or client-facing experience is highly desirable
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Clean driving record a must
