About the Role

We're hiring a dedicated Delivery Driver to support our upcoming Paradise Valley location, opening Fall 2026. Based out of our Phoenix production warehouse, you'll be responsible for getting our product to Paradise Valley on time, every day — before the doors open and again mid-morning.
You'll make two daily runs — a 5:00 AM drop and a 9:00 AM drop. The Paradise Valley guest experience starts with what's on the floor, and what's on the floor depends entirely on you. If you're an early riser who takes pride in doing a job right, works independently, and understands that being on time isn't optional — we want to hear from you.

Too Sweet Cakes was founded in 2016 by Shelbi Geyer, whose love for baking started as a young girl, sketching cake designs and dreaming of one day opening her own bakery. What started as a small wholesale bakery quickly grew into something more. From there Too Sweet Cakes expanded to Lake Oswego, and today, we proudly operate four retail locations across Oregon and Arizona, with a fifth location opening in 2026 in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
Beyond our storefronts, you’ll find Too Sweet Cakes pastries featured in over 100 locations across Oregon, Washington, and Arizona. It’s been an incredible journey—one made possible by the extraordinary team who has brought their talents, heart, and dedication into every part of the business.
