What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering orders safely and accurately to our guests.
• Greeting customers with a friendly attitude and exceptional service.
• Ensuring every order meets Dunkin' standards before leaving the restaurant.
• Supporting restaurant operations between deliveries.
• Keeping your vehicle and work areas clean and organized.
• Following food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
• Working alongside an awesome team to create a great guest experience every day.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation with current insurance coverage.
• Ability to provide proof of insurance and maintain required driving documentation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Previous delivery or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve exposure to hot equipment, kitchen hazards, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
