Deliver, sell, and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina by driving a route to serve local stores, unloading and merchandising to standards, and building positive relationships to ensure communities have access to quality beverages safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver products to multiple stops each day and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product and merchandise accounts to local standards, stock shelves and coolers, build displays, and rotate inventory for freshness and quality
• Generate invoices and maintain daily records using provided handheld tools (training provided)
• Build positive relationships with store management while delivering great service and executing promotions and displays

Minimum Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid CDL Class A License License with Non-Excepted Interstate Status and Follow DOT regulations (Note: In all California locations except Stockton, both non-excepted intrastate and non-excepted interstate status are accepted for this position. In Stockton, CA, only non-excepted interstate status is accepted.)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Position is labor intensive, requiring lifting, loading and pushing/pulling a significantly high volume of cases per day ranging from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during work hours (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires reaching, squatting, and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store and delivering products across a wide variety of weather conditions (with or without accommodation)
