The Little Social is looking for a reliable and motivated Casual Delivery Driver to support deliveries from our Port Melbourne Commercial Kitchen.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, is confident on the road and wants to build experience in logistics and hospitality within a supportive social enterprise environment.
You’ll be responsible for completing deliveries safely and on time, representing The Little Social professionally with customers and helping things run smoothly across our catering operations.
Regular shifts are Monday - Thursday & Sunday 6am - 12pm. Additional hours may be available depending on catering orders.
Previous delivery or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential. We’re most interested in someone with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
At The Little Social you’re serving more than just a hot drink on a cold morning, you’re giving the community the power to contribute to a wider cause, one that they believe in! We are looking beyond the cup of coffee in front of us and using our platform as a tool to empower young people to lead meaningful lives. Each young person has a platform at The Little Social to build self-confidence, gain key employability skills and genuine work experience in a supportive and judgement free environment.
The Little Social is powered by Youth Projects - an independent, registered charity who provides front line support to individuals and young people experiencing disadvantage, homelessness, unemployment, alcohol and other drug issues through a range of holistic and wrap around support services. Youth Projects is on a mission to provide high impact support, without judgement, full stop.
Why join us?
Working at The Little Social means being part of something bigger than a café job. You’ll join a passionate team where coffee, food, and community come together, and every shift supports life-changing work through Youth Projects.
