Catering Delivery Driver

Moe’s Southwest Grill | Sterling Restaurants

Bring the “Welcome to Moe’s!” to meetings, celebrations, and team lunches.

We’re looking for a dependable Catering Delivery Driver who takes pride in getting every order right—from packing to delivery and setup. This role offers approximately 15 hours of work per week.

Pay & Schedule

• Approximately $20-$30 per hour, including base pay and tips. Total earnings vary based on tips.
• Short shifts of 1-3 hours per day. Approximately 90% of shifts around lunchtime.
• Drive a company-owned delivery vehicle.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and pack: Help prepare catering orders, package food, and check that every order includes the right items and supplies.
• Deliver on time: Follow delivery instructions and safely transport orders in a company vehicle.
• Set up with care: Arrange catering orders at customer locations and provide friendly, professional service.
• Solve problems: Communicate with customers and restaurant leaders when concerns arise.
• Protect food quality: Follow food safety procedures during preparation, transport, and setup.
• Care for your vehicle: Keep the delivery vehicle clean and promptly report maintenance concerns.

What You Bring

• A valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and the ability to qualify under company vehicle insurance requirements. Driving record background check required. Commitment to safe driving.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and clear communication.
• A neat, clean appearance and a dependable, professional approach.

The role involves standing, bending, stooping, twisting, repetitive hand movements, lifting supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, and working around hot and cold restaurant equipment.
