As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of Domino's Delivery, ensuring that our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition. Your punctuality, friendly attitude, and attention to detail will help us maintain our excellent reputation in the catering and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders safely and on time to customers within the Cardiff Bay area.
• Maintain excellent customer service by being polite, approachable, and helpful.
• Handle card payments accurately when required..
• Follow all road safety and traffic regulations at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good working order of the delivery vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly to management.
• Assist with general duties in the restaurant when not out on deliveries, supporting the team as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points, and no bans within the last 5 years
• Have an adequate smart phone to use on shift: minimum Apple iPhone 6 OR Android 7.
• Have access to your own fully insured car.
• Previous experience in delivery driving, preferably within catering or hospitality.
• Good knowledge of the Cardiff Bay area and surrounding routes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Physically fit and able to carry food orders safely.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling payments.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
