In this role, you'll be responsible for safely delivering and transporting equipment to customers and between our locations while helping keep our yard organized and operations running efficiently. Every day brings something different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Safely deliver and pick up equipment for customers and between company locations.
- Load, secure, and unload equipment while following all safety procedures.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure delivery paperwork is completed accurately and signed when required.
- Answer customer phone calls, emails, and messages as needed.
- Keep the yard clean, organized, and operating efficiently.
- Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of company vehicles.
- Support the branch team with additional duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

QualificationsMinimum Education and/or Experience
CDL Required.  Must have one year of experience, preferably in the compact equipment industry.  High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills
- CDL Required
- Able to lift 40 pounds on a consistent basis
- Able to operate compact construction equipment
- Able to communicate with customers effectively
- Able to work with a wide range of personalities in a courteous, effective, and professional manner.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
