Delivery Driver

Department: Customer Success

Employment Type: Full Time

Location: Toronto

Compensation: $2,500 / month

• Valid Ontario G-class driver’s license (or appropriate license type)
• Clean driving abstract and background check
• Proven experience as a delivery driver or similar role is an asset
• Ability to operate GPS devices or smartphone delivery apps
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs (or as per job requirement)
• Punctual, professional, and customer-service oriented
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Key Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules using GPS or delivery apps
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle
• Provide excellent customer service, including handling inquiries and collecting signatures or payments if required
• Maintain delivery logs and reports
• Adhere to all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
