Job Description

We’re looking for a Delivery Coordinator for our Land Rover Royal Oak location, who is organized, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and genuinely happy to help You’ll be the final touchpoint in the customer journey, making sure every vehicle is ready, every feature is explained, and every customer leaves feeling confident and excited about their purchase.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and complete new, used, and CPO vehicle deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, charged, and delivery-ready.
• Walk customers through vehicle features, technology, and controls.
• Complete delivery checklists and coordinate second deliveries when needed.
• Introduce customers to Parts, Service, and other dealership resources.
• Follow up with customers regarding questions, reviews, surveys, and CSI.
• Support home deliveries and assist Service customers with technology.
• Help with showroom merchandising, social media content, transport check-ins, and vehicle movement.
• Manage plate registrations and demo vehicle organization.
