We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Coordinator to join the team on a fixed term basis. As our organisation continues to grow, we need to support the business transformation required to change the way we work. The main focus of the Delivery Coordinator is to support the delivery of change outcomes across the NZAA. This role enables high-quality delivery across value streams and technology platforms by ensuring delivery flow, maintaining accurate and timely delivery information, coordinating team logistics and ceremonies, and supporting value streams, platforms and enabling functions with the administrative and operational activities needed to deliver value.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

  • Enable effective delivery by providing operational discipline and coordination that allows value stream and technology platforms leads and squads to focus on problem-solving, delivery execution and customer value

  • Maintain the integrity and flow of delivery information by ensuring documentation, delivery artefacts and reporting are accurate, timely and fit for purpose to support decision-making, governance and transparency

  • Support governance and assurance processes by coordinating delivery inputs and forums (where applicable) so leaders have clear, consistent information to guide prioritisation and oversight

  • Coordinate delivery activities across initiatives and value streams, working with delivery teams, portfolio support and stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency and smooth execution

  • Enable effective stakeholder engagement and communication by supporting the preparation and coordination of materials, updates and follow-ups that keep delivery aligned and informed

  • Provide operational support for delivery readiness and change adoption, helping teams prepare for releases, transitions and post-implementation activities

  • Support onboarding and ways of working within the delivery environment, enabling new team members to integrate quickly and operate effectively

  • Maintain and support core delivery systems and information flows to ensure consistent, reliable data across delivery workflows, while contributing to shared capability and reducing reliance on single points of knowledge

  • Work collaboratively across Transformation, value streams, platforms, enabling functions and external partners to support the successful delivery of change initiatives

About You | Mōu

  • At least 5+ years in a similar role

  • Proficient in successfully managing initiative updates and change management activities

  • Demonstrable practical experience across a range of Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban

  • Deep and practical knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace, JIRA/ Confluence, Planview, Harvest, Miro

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to speak up and communicate with stakeholders

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and members of the wider AA groups

  • Proactive and self‑directed, able to plan work independently and prioritise tasks based on urgency and impact
