We are looking for Subtitling Delivery Coordinators, energetic and skilled individuals who feel comfortable with working in the systems on 2 screens and many files, professionally communicating with other parties via e-mail, support team members when needed.

Responsibilities: • Working as part of a team to ensure a timely and quality product through timely delivery of set task which include:
•
Update and maintain database and records for assignments
•
Collect files from vendors/resources, monitor vendors that are notoriously late
•
Perform quality check on the files, prepare deliverables and send to customer
•
Cooperate with GTS Support, Client Managers, Language Team and Finance Department
Essential qualifications:
• Train colleagues from the team in the workflow for their clients to have a holiday / illness back-up
•
Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential
•
Fluent Polish (written and spoken) is essential
•
Excellent attention to detail but fast
•
Ability to stay focused
•
Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
•
Ability to quickly grasp complex subject matters and share their knowledge with colleagues
•
Ability to be a team player while able to work independently
•
Experience in working with databases and MS Excel
