Information about the position

As a Delivery Coordinator, you are the central hub of our international midmile operations. You serve as the direct link between our network of midmile carriers, the hubs, and internal departments. Your primary goal is to ensure that every route runs seamlessly and that the agreed-upon delivery quality is met daily. You start the day with a sharp focus on operations, adjusting where necessary, and you do not hesitate to constructively challenge partners on their performance.

The role is offered on a seven-month fixed-term contract.

In this position, you’ll

  • Manage daily transport administration and operational updates.
  • Act as the first point of contact for international transportation topics.
  • Coordinate ad hoc truck requests.
  • Monitor carrier performance and follow up on delays, incidents, and service issues.
  • Maintain transportation and invoicing files.
  • Support invoice validation, pre-invoicing, and monthly accrual processes.

About you

  • Have experience in or an interest in logistics, transport, or supply chain.
  • Have strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Be proactive and able to manage ad hoc situations.
  • Have strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable working with operational data and financial processes.
  • Have excellent written and spoken English.
