About the Role:

The Delivery Consultant is responsible for driving growth and optimizing the delivery channel for Subway Argentina, ensuring strong execution across digital platforms — both owned and third-party aggregators — aligned with brand strategy. This role focuses on delivering sales growth, channel visibility, and operational efficiency while serving as the primary point of contact for delivery-related initiatives across local, regional, and franchisee stakeholders.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Accelerate Delivery Channel Growth: Drive sales growth, increase average ticket value, and expand delivery channel share for Subway Argentina. Maximize the delivery channel's contribution to overall business performance and ensure the channel is consistently growing versus market benchmarks.
• Optimize Execution Across Delivery Platforms: Ensure proper visibility, pricing, promotional content, and product listings across all owned and third-party delivery platforms (aggregators). Coordinate platform launches, new menu implementations, campaign activations, and promotional activities. Maintain quality standards and brand consistency in all channel touchpoints.
• Coordinate the Channel's Marketing Strategy: Define and execute the delivery promotions calendar in close collaboration with the Marketing team. Align agencies, partners, and platforms for consistent campaign execution. Build and manage vendor and aggregator relationships with the objective of identifying opportunities and presenting recommendations to regional leadership.
• Drive Performance Through Data and Insights: Monitor key channel KPIs including sales, conversion rates, average ticket, and promotional performance. Lead ongoing analysis and reporting cycles, identify growth opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements. Coordinate reports, analyze data, create presentations, and share best practices across the region.
• Act as Country Lead for the Delivery Channel: Serve as the primary point of contact for all delivery channel matters across local, regional, and external stakeholders. Ensure strategic alignment with the LAC regional delivery approach and share best practices. Manage the relationship with Subway Argentina franchisees as it pertains to delivery channel adoption, execution, and performance.

Qualifications (some examples listed below):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or delivery channel management; QSR, food delivery, retail, or digital/eCommerce platforms preferred
• Experience managing delivery or eCommerce channels, preferably with aggregator platforms (e.g., Rappi, PedidosYa, iFood) in the LAC region.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive channel sales growth and optimize promotional performance.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, campaign management platforms, and analytical/measurement tools.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to monitor KPIs, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; experience managing external agencies and vendor relationships.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization, coordinating across marketing, technology, operations, and franchise teams.
• Spanish fluency required. English proficiency strongly preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
