Delivery Consultant – Water Blue Collar Desk

We’re expanding our Blue Collar Watercontract desk. An award‑winning, social, and driven team who support some of the biggest names in the water sector. With a new funding cycle in process and demand set to surge, there has never been a better time to join us.

This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume delivery role where you’ll be speaking to candidates all day, filling crucial positions for some of the UK’s leading Tier 2 contractors and construction businesses.

The Opportunity:

• Managing a high volume of candidate calls daily (target 100+).

• Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates for blue‑collar construction and civil roles.

• Supporting fulfilment for key accounts across the Water & Civils sector.

• Ensuring SLAs are met, including same‑day note submission and 24‑hour CV feedback.

• Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure reliability and minimise dropouts.

• Working on a 75/25 split desk across the Water team, supporting established high‑billing consultants.

• Supporting long‑term, ongoing contract requirements within a new 5‑year government funding cycle.

What you'll bring:

• Highly resilient, with the drive to succeed and overcome setbacks

• Confident on the phone and able to engage quickly with candidates

• Motivated, energetic and able to “crack on” in a busy environment

• Comfortable working under pressure and in a target‑driven setting

• A team player who brings positivity and commitment

• Someone with fast‑paced background experience (bar work, hospitality, call centre, etc.)

• Looking to grow and potentially progress into a Consultant role
