As a Delivery Coach, you’ll help shape how we deliver value by uplifting capability, enabling teams, and embedding smarter ways of working across our D&T environment.

  • This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Delivery squads to strengthen agile practices and improve delivery outcomes. You’ll coach teams to continuously improve how they plan, collaborate and deliver, while ensuring alignment to broader organisational goals and customer outcomes.
  • You’ll also act as a trusted advisor across the business, helping leaders and squads navigate complexity, adapt to change and embed sustainable delivery practices. Your influence will extend beyond individual teams, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation and delivery excellence.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in Agile delivery, coaching or senior delivery roles within complex environments
  • Experience in coaching teams and stakeholders to lift delivery capability and ways of working and confident facilitating workshops, ceremonies and strategic conversations across diverse groups
  • Strong understanding of Lean, Agile and Flow principles, with the ability to translate data insights into practical actions that improve outcomes
  • Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, Planview Viz (or equivalent) to analyse delivery performance and guide continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams in data literacy, helping them interpret performance metrics and use them to drive decision-making and prioritisation
  • Practical experience utilising AI (e.g. Copilot, AI agents, automation tools) to support coaching activities, insights generation, or delivery optimisation
  • Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies to drive measurable process improvements in delivery efficiency, quality, and flow outcomes

Bonus:

  • Experience working within financial services or other regulated environments
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and modern engineering ways of working
  • Agile, coaching or delivery-related certifications
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change initiatives
