About the Opportunity

Our Sales team, based in Perth, are currently seeking a Delivery Co-Ordinator to join them. Reporting to the Delivery Co-Ordinator Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of vehicles, from order placement through to settlement and lease activation.

- Prepare and manage accurate settlement documentation to ensure a seamless client experience.

- Liaise with dealerships to track vehicle orders, arrange mechanical inspections, and manage client trade-ins.

- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system throughout the delivery process.

- Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and timely communication at every stage.

- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may impact delivery timelines or client satisfaction.

About You

We’re seeking someone who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives on building strong working relationships. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to foster trust and rapport.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.

- Experience in fleet management or novated leasing (desirable but not essential).

- A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and grow.
