Job Title: Delivery Billing Execution (DBE) Specialist
Location: Naucalpan de Juarez, Mexico
Education Recommendations: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

The Delivery Billing Execution Specialist is responsible for managing the operational execution of customer orders throughout the fulfilment lifecycle. The role requires delivery planning, logistics coordination, shipment execution, billing activities, and revenue realisation while ensuring adherence to business processes, contractual and compliance requirements.

Working closely with Project Managers, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics Partners, Finance, and Customer stakeholders, the specialist proactively manages delivery milestones, resolves operational challenges, and drives on-time shipment and invoicing performance. The role is critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience, operational efficiency, and successful execution of the Order-to-Cash process.

  • Coordinate delivery execution activities and align shipment plans with Project, Delivery operations, and Customer requirements.
  • Drive effective collaboration with Project Managers, Delivery Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure successful order fulfilment.
  • Monitor delivery milestones, shipment readiness, transportation events, and logistics performance to meet customer deliverables.
  • Manage shipping documentation, Letter of Credit (LC) requirements, trade compliance activities, and customer-specific delivery requirements.
  • Execute and govern invoicing activities, including invoice creation, dispatch, Debit Notes (DN), Credit Notes (CN), and billing-related adjustments.
  • Drive timely revenue processes by proactively managing billing exceptions, order closure activities, and revenue-impacting issues.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls, business policies, and operational governance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder management & cross-function collaboration.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Global Environment managing Delivery Execution, Billing Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Operations.
  • Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including delivery execution, logistics coordination, invoicing, and revenue realisation.
  • Experience working with SAP (SD) ERP and related business systems.
  • Knowledge of international logistics, trade compliance, and customer delivery processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC), export/import documentation, and customs processes.
  • Experience with SOX controls and compliance-driven operational environments.
  • Exposure to Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, or other digital transformation tools.
  • Experience driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Telecommunications, Technology, or Manufacturing industry experience.
